Pack A Pav X Coma Coma – Collaboration Alert
The humble folks at Pack A Pav have elevated our snack time meals to a whole new level ever since they set up shop in the city.
For their newest edition of Pav With Friends, they have teamed up with Coma Coma to put out a special Mexican Pav menu that is available in their Bandra outlet today, the 26th of November, 2017!
We dropped by to try their Mexican delectables, that were a whole lot of strong flavours elevating the humble pav.
Their Habanero Pulled Pork Pav is packed with a strong flavour that reminds us of grandma’s curry. It’s topped with super fresh diced up tomatoes that contrast the robust pork flavour.
Sitting atop some power packed pulled pork, those tomatoes look so fresh. 😍 . @packapav is back with another edition of Pav With Friends – This time, they have teamed up with Coma Coma (@comacoma.in) for a very special Mexican Pav menu. . Our favourite was their Thanksgiving Dessert Pav which was stuffed with some humble spiced pumpkin mash, caramel and tres leches milk. . The special menu is on at @packapav Bandra only for today! . Try their Southern Fried Chicken Pav that comes with habanero syrup and corn salad if you want to play it safe. You can’t go wrong with fried chicken. There is a vegetarian option for this one, that replaces the chicken with a mushroom patty. Soft mushrooms against the absolutely bold corn salad was a pleasure to have.
Lastly, our favourite baby from this collaboration is their Thanksgiving Dessert Pav – rightly capturing the essence of Thanksgiving weekend, made with pumpkin mash, caramel sauce and tres leches milk. Between the pav lies a heavenly crumble that adds a super fun texture to this little thing of beauty. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, which makes it something desired by all palates.
The menu is being dished out at their Bandra outlet only for today, which has made us hoping they decide to somehow adopt it into their regular menu! Thanksgiving doesn’t need to be restricted for just one weekend a year?
