The Oh! So Refreshing Bisleri Fonzo

Its summer time and nothing beats this heat better than a refreshing drink. Well, we tried this unfailable combination by Bisleri in the form of our favourite summer time fruit, mango with some jazz to it in the form of fizz and found Bisleri Fonzo!

Fonzo is the perfect blend of fizz with the deliciousness of a pulpy mango, totally saying bye bye to our humidity woes. When you feel the delightful sweetness of the mango ras combined with fizz, there is nothing that surpasses this amalgamation! Not only is it refreshing to sip on , we also came up with recipes it can be used in tone up your afternoon and make your sun-downer even more fun πŸ˜‰

Recipe 1

Spiced Fonzo Punch (Serves 2)

Spiced Fonzo Punch

Time required: 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Fonzo – 2 glasses

  1. Mint leaves – 8-10 (finely chopped)
  2. Jalapeno peppers – 4 slices
  3. Chaat Masala – to sprinkle
  4. Crushed Ice – a small bowl

Method:

  1. Use a muddler to pound the ice, the mint leaves and 2 jalapeno slices together in a jar. Keep some mint leaves aside to garnish.
  2. Then pour Fonzo into this mix. Add chaat masala and shake well.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
  4. Sprinkle mint leaves as garnish and the other slice of jalapeno to decorate.

Time required: 6-7 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Fonzo – 1 glass
  2. Apple – 1 apple cut in slices
  3. Honey – 2 tablespoons
  4. Lime juice – 3- 4 table spoons
  5. Gin – 30 ml
  6. Lime wedges
  7. Crushed ice – a small bowl

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, pound the crushed ice, the apple and honey.
  2. Pour 30 ml of gin into a glass.
  3. Pour Fonzo into both these glasses, add the lime wedge on the glass and sip on this cool summery cocktail.

Fonzo Kiwi Cobbler

Fonzo Kiwi Cobbler

Time required: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Fonzo – 1 glass
  2. Kiwi – 2 (peeled)
  3. Mango- 1 (peeled and cut into pieces)
  4. Lemon juice – 2 table spoons
  5. Honey – 2 table spoons
  6. Ginger- 1 teaspoon (chopped)

Method:

  1. Blend the kiwi, the mango, ginger, lemon juice and honey in a mixer until it is smooth a mixture.
  2. Add the Fonzo to it and blend again.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
