Buffet Spread At Global Fusion Is Making Us Hungraaaayy! Image Source: tripoto.com

Do you have those days when you’re super hungry but aren’t sure what you’re craving? This must be why someone invented the buffet. Even though my eating capacity is minuscule, buffet spreads always entice me and luckily, Mumbai restaurants offer some of the best options. Read on for my recommendations…

Global Fusion

Who doesn’t like unlimited sushi? In terms of taste, it may not be the best but the sheer variety will get you excited about the Global Fusion buffet. Moreover, they got the best prawn crackers in town and the dim sum is supremely delicious. They also deserve brownie points for their interiors – stone murals at the reception, the little pond in the dining area, floral furnishings and the pagoda-like private tables. Wait, did I tell you about the unlimited Baskin Robbins corner?

Where: Global Fusion outlets in Bandra, Worli, Versova and Marol

Price: INR 899 onwards

Barbeque Nation

When it comes to buffets, Barbeque Nation is royalty. I was introduced to the concept of buffets with Barbeque Nation and I completely fell in love. The grilled prawns are so juicy that you’ll be taking not one but several servings of the same and don’t even get me started on the Cajun Spiced Potatoes.

Where: Across 14 Barbeque Nation outlets

Price: INR 655 onwards

Seven Kitchens

Why is it called Seven Kitchens? Because the buffet serves a spread spanned across seven world cuisines including poha, puris, Chinese delicacies and a host of sweet treats such as pancakes and gelato. This buffet is definitely heavy on the pocket but it sure makes for one serious spread.

Where: The St. Regis, 462 Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel

Price: INR 3000 onwards

Flamboyante

I am not talking about the one in Alibaug, but the Flamboyante in Cuffe Parade that serves a lunch buffet featuring salads, starters, mains and desserts. But, it’s their Khow Suey that is the star of the lot along with salads and starters. Trust me, you’ll be going back to the counter for seconds and thirds.

Where: 7, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade

Price: INR 676 ++
